Bridal Veil Trail
Hike to the Bottom of the Tallest Free-Falling Waterfall in Colorado
A newer trail, the Bridal Veil Trail allows hikers to access the base of Bridal Veil Falls without hiking up the road. While the road is open to hikers, this scenic trail is a much more fun way to take in the area!
Bridal Veil Trail meanders from the Idarado Mine parking area (at the settling ponds) to the base of Bridal Veil Falls. There is an additional spur from the Bridal Veil Trail to the Bridal Veil Road about 3/4 the way up the trail. At this intersection, there is also a spur that visits a beautiful waterfall and swimming hole.
This trail is to the base of Bridal Veil Falls. If you wish to continue to other trailheads and the Via Ferrata, you will continue up the road from this point.
Directions:
From the Town of Telluride, continue East on Colorado Avenue until the end of the box canyon. Parking is limited at the trailhead.
