Steep and strenuous, this ski area service road climbs 1,710 feet in 2.8 miles from Station St. Sophia Gondola to the Wasatch Connection trailhead with 360-degree views of surrounding mountain ranges and peaks. Vehicles may be encountered along this route.

Hiking A hiking-only portion of this trail starts 1/4 mile south from the Station St. Sophia Gondola terminal.

Biking Bikers must follow the Coonskin Loop to the start of the bike portion of this trail.

All Day Adventure Often combined with Wasatch Connection and Wasatch Trail to form a day-long, 8.3-mile loop and 3,510-foot steep descent onto Bear Creek Trail that leads to the Town of Telluride.
