Bill de Alva came to Telluride in 1975 as owner of Final Touch Construction, Inc., a general contractor. Bill transitioned business operations to development services in 2000 and the business name changed to AVLAED, LLC. As a general contractor, Bill has overseen all types of projects in the Telluride area from raw land development to multi-family town homes and condominiums to main street commercial, public and institutional projects.
