Baked in Telluride was founded by Telluride icon Jerry Greene in 1976 in an historic warehouse on South Fir. The beat up old bakery burned to the ground in February 2009 and in 15 months was operating again at the same location, in its fabulous new building. The Bakery continues to run its full breakfast-lunch-dinner pasta pizza operation, large orders, and light catering.

Baked in Telluride specializes in homemade baked breads, bagels, pastries, pizza and scratch-made pasta. They also serve tacos, sandwiches, wine, and Colorado-brewed beer.
