After a short delay, the Telluride Ski Resort has announced that opening day for the 2023-24 season will be December 2 at 9 a.m.

The following will be open and accessible for skiers via the Chondola (Lift 1) and Lift 4:

• Village Bypass to Lower Boomerang with access in and out of Gorrono
• Upper Misty Maiden
• The Meadows
• Both Magic Carpets
• Ski-out access from the Village Parking Garage via Double Cabins
• A bonus run off of lift 4 is possible  

In addition, Gorrono Ranch will open for the season at 11 a.m. and Ski School and Cubs Camp will also be open.
