Telluride's hitting the big screen - With Telluride Tom! Tom Watkinson, a longtime Telluride local (he moved here with his family on his 3rd birthday) is now an ambassador to locals and visitors alike as the Director of Communications for the Telluride Tourism Board. ASCEND Television spent some time with him and learned about what it was like growing up in both a skiing and mining town, what it's like to find the best stashes on the mountain, and how he got his nickname. 

Believe us when we tell you there aren't any strangers in Tom's world - He can't go anywhere without every other person stopping him to chat.
