Rundola

Celebrate Independence Day with the Telluride Foundation at the 16th Annual Rundola on July 4th, 2026! This exciting uphill foot race supports the Good Neighbor Fund, which offers emergency financial assistance for local individuals and families in crisis—helping with housing, transportation, medical expenses, and more.

The Rundola is family friendly and open to all—whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual hiker, or just looking for a fun holiday challenge. The race kicks off at 7:30 a.m. at the base of the Gondola in Telluride and climbs to the top of San Sophia Ridge via Telluride Trail.

Top finishers in each category and leading fundraisers will receive medals + prizes, and every participant gets a custom Rundola t-shirt.
