Strangers From Afar is an alt/rock band from Santa Fe, NM. Songwriters Rachel Fredell and Trey Corkern combined forces during the pandemic lockdown, leading to their 18-song self-produced debut album, Pause & Effect, released in 2022.

Adding multi-instrumentalist Carson Barry, bassist Clark Libbey, and drummer Erik Sawyer to their lineup, they are now touring their new album, Psychedelic Chauffeur, which is set to be released in September 2024.

Recent shows include performances at Meow Wolf, Santa Fe Plaza, Tumbleroot Distillery, Cowgirl Hall of Fame, Mineshaft Tavern, and Beer Creek Brewing.
