Main Street
Telluride is known for its iconic and historic Main Street that is filled with history, local shops, restaurants and more. Downtown Telluride is 6 blocks wide, 12 blocks long, framed by towering, mountains with Ajax Peak in the back drop. No matter what day or time it is, you will always see people on Main Street taking advantage of this gorgeous photo op.
Bridal Veil Falls
Telluride happens to be home of the tallest free falling waterfall in Colorado. Standing at a 365 feet tall, Bridal Veil is a prime location to snap a photo that showcases just one aspect of Telluride’s amazing backyard.
Wilson Peak
It is no secret that the mountains surrounding Telluride are quite stunning and dramatic. However, one peak in particular seems to stand out, and you may recognize it from the Coors Light beer can. Wilson Peak, a popular 14’er to summit, stands at a prominent 14,023 ft. tall. This tall beauty is the subject of many photos taken in Telluride.

This 3-mile, in-town trail is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. You will have plenty of photo ops all while traveling through groves of aspen trees, passing through wide open meadows and taking in stunning panoramic views of Telluride and the Ski Resort.
The Gondola
We are extremely proud to be the home of the gondola, the first and only free public transportation system of its kind in North America. This 8-mile, 13-minute ride offers incredible 365-degree views of the San Juan Mountains. Taking a ride on the gondola is an incredible experience that is a must do while visiting!
